Inspection and Remote Monitoring Salesperson – Omaha

Primary Role:
The Inspection and Remote Monitoring Salesperson is responsible for professionally promoting / selling Protex Central Inc. Inspections and Remote Monitoring Services on behalf of the company and the Omaha Division covering Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Support of the company’s existing sales and marketing efforts in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa.

· Identify and attack opportunities to expand sales with the company’s existing customers and product lines.

· Identify and aggressively pursue new customer opportunities.

· Learn and expand knowledge base of all of Protex Central’s products and services.

· Complete Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly CRM Updates as requested by the Regional Sales Director.

· Complete other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Director.

Accountability: The Inspection and Remote Monitoring Salesperson reports to the Regional Sales Director. Secondary accountability will be to the other management team members, employees and customers of the company.

Travel:
Out of town and overnight travel may be required.

Required Skill Sets:

· Strong Business to Business selling background.

· Motivated results-oriented with a proven track record as a top performing closer with demonstrated ability to drive results.

· Knowledgeable in sales pricing, worksheets and contract terms.

· Must be able to show a proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas.

· Presentation, organization and interpersonal skills that set you apart.

Desired Skill Sets:

· Experience with reporting accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities in CRM.

· Demonstrated ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners, management companies and decision makers.

· Understanding of developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face cold calling, and professional business networking.

· Hands on knowledge conducting effective proposal presentations, identifying the prospect’s fire and life safety issues, the effects of the problems and solutions offered by Protex Central.

· Computer experience and be technically savvy with Microsoft Office products, Professional Social Media and Internet.

Additional Requirements:

· Employee must maintain a valid and current driver’s license.
