Kevin actively engages all levels of the business, from multiyear-long range budget forecasting to weekly labor cost analysis, and from insurance to human resources.  

Kevin directs membership efforts in several committees for the Hastings Chamber of Commerce, and he served for five years as its Finance Committee chairman.
