Protex Central's Core Values, Core Purpose and Envisioned Future are the result of a deliberate and dedicated group of employees.These 10 employees represent staff, management and ownership of the company from each of its three offices. Formed in the fall of 2004 and based upon the research of John C. Kotter as found in his book Leading Change (Harvard Business School Press), the Change Coalition Team Members volunteer to meet on a Saturday morning monthly and assesses the progress of the company towards its envisioned future and sets strategy to ensure the values, purpose and future state of Protex Central are met.
